Londoners shared their thoughts on recent developments regarding the Downing Street party story, in which an alleged event that took place at the Prime Minister’s residence while the country was under strict COVID restrictions. Footage filmed on a busy London street on Tuesday shows the feelings among locals.

Londoners shared that they felt it’s important, that everyone follows the rules. “That’s what they’re there for. Not two sets of rules.” said one of the commentators.

On the other hand, another resident argued that it is up to the police to judge the case. “I don’t think it really matters what he does, people will always ask for his resignation anyway,” stated the Londoner.
