China: Flooding in Shanxi province affects nearly 2 million, causes extensive damage to farms

Severe flooding hit northern Shanxi province flooding crop fields in Dali County on Tuesday affecting nearly 2 million residents in the region.
“The crop fields in the east are all flooded in the water,” one farmer described the damage and added, “the traffic now is tied up due to the flood, If you want to go somewhere, you can only take a boat.”
According to local media, 17,000 homes have collapsed across the province and 120,000 residents have been evacuated.
