Czech Republic: PM Babis pleased with result following his party's defeat in parliamentary elex
У вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis’ ANO party was narrowly defeated in parliamentary elections receiving 27,1 percent of votes. Babis addressed the press in Prague, Saturday.
“I think that our result is great. We did not expect such a result ourselves. In fact, in June we only had 22 percent,” Babis told reporters.
The election was won by the opposition coalition Together, comprised of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS), the Christian Democrats (KDU-CSL) and TOP 09, that finished ahead of Babis’ ANO getting 27.8 per cent of votes.
