Dozens of Palestinians were seen clashing with Israeli forces in Beit Dajan near Nablus on Friday during a protest against settlement plans in the area.

Palestinians protesters marched near the Israeli forces, who blocked the pathway before launching multiple tear gas canisters to disperse them. Some protesters lit up some tires and bushes in front of the Israeli troops.

“This is the weekly march to protest against the settlement outpost established on our lands next to the road closed by the Israeli occupation forces years ago, the main road that leads to the village,” said a local activist named Suhaib Thabet.

One protester needed medical assistance, presumably after inhaling tear gas during the clashes.
